ASCAP To Pay 1.75 Million in Settlement with DOJ

Thursday, May 12, 2016 The Justice Department settles civil contempt claim against ASCAP for entering into 150 exclusive contracts with songwriters and music publishers. ASCAP will pay 1.75M in the settlement.
